Shipping

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date. Please see our full Shipping Policy here
There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

Yes, we offer a click and collect service for people who wish to purchase online and then collect from our Casterton store at a later date. There is no cost to take advantage of this service, simply select ‘FREE pick up in-store’ at checkout. Please see our full Shipping Policy here
Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, items can be exchanged or credited if returned within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (i.e. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
