Shipping policy

We use Australia Post to ship your purchases. And offer a $15 flat rate postage fee (exclusions may apply for bulky items). 

We aim to have all orders will be sent out within 72 hours.  Please be aware that we are not open on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and we can not guarantee parcels will be shipped on these days.

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will attempt to notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes, our online stock levels aren’t 100% accurate so please contact us directly to confirm that we will have the items you need by the required date.

We also offer a click and collect service for people who wish to purchase online and then collect from our store at a later date. There is no cost to take advantage of this service, simply select ‘FREE pick up in-store’ at the checkout.
